Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by CIB D.O.O. (“we”) to clients (“you”). The written quote you accept defines the services, fees and timeline. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote prevails.

2. Our role

We provide corporate, administrative and accounting services. Notarial acts are performed by independent notaries and legal representation, where required, by licensed attorneys. Decisions on registration, permits and bank accounts are made by the competent authorities and banks; we cannot guarantee their outcome.

3. Client identification

Bosnian anti-money-laundering law requires us to identify every client and beneficial owner. We may decline or end an engagement if identification cannot be completed.

4. Fees

Fees are fixed as stated in the quote. Third-party costs not included in the fee are listed in the quote.

5. Confidentiality

We keep all information about you and your company confidential, during and after the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority.

6. Ending monthly services

Monthly services can be ended with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum term in the quote. When the registered address service ends, the company must register a new seat; we assist with the change.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Law and jurisdiction

The law of Bosnia and Herzegovina applies. Courts in Sarajevo have jurisdiction.
