Complete administrative support for your company in Bosnia
After registration the paperwork continues. We act as your company’s back office in Sarajevo — so you deal with one coordinator in English, not with five institutions in Bosnian.
What we take care of
Authorities
Correspondence and visits to the court, tax administration, statistics bureau and inspectorates on your behalf.
Banking
Help with bank requests, signatory changes, document updates and know-your-customer reviews.
Company changes
Change of director, address, activity, share capital or shareholders — documents drafted and filed.
Deadlines
A compliance calendar for your company. You are reminded before anything is due, not after.
Documents
Certified extracts, translations, apostilles and certificates ordered and delivered when you need them.
Permits
Coordination of work and residence permit applications for directors and staff.
Administration questions
What is the difference between administration and accounting?
Accounting covers books and tax filings. Administration covers everything else the company has to deal with — authorities, banks, changes, documents and deadlines.
Are company changes included in the monthly fee?
Preparation and coordination are included. Court and notary fees for a registration change are charged at cost and quoted beforehand.
Do I need administration if I live in Bosnia?
Not necessarily. It is designed for owners who run the company from abroad or who do not want to deal with Bosnian authorities in Bosnian.
